Old Yeller
Hey I'm blogging about a sad book named Old Yeller you want to you well not until the end. Their cow Spot had hydrophobia or also known as rabies. In the night she was putting her head down and crying at first Travis thought it was because of her baby in the barn, but when she passed the barn Travis knew it was rabies. Before that though a bull had rabies and Travis had to shoot it before it bit anyone else or something. Then they had to burn it so scavengers wouldn't get the sickness. Then the cow had to get shot before she bit someone else just like the bull they couldn't take any chances. Then when they were burning it Travis wasn't there and their mama yelled at Travis to get his gun. When he got there there he saw Old Yeller and a mad wolf which had rabies and they were fighting and Travis shot and it hit Old Yeller and the wolf, but somehow they both got up the wolf came up first and he went toward to mama and tried getting her, but Old Yeller came back up and got him. Then the wolf bit Old Yeller (Old Yeller had rabies!) then Travis shoots the wolf. Then mama says that Travis has to shoot Old Yeller at first he couldn't, but he had to. He had his sights on Old Yeller and pulled the trigger. His dad was on a cattle drive for the whole book then he came back with a horse Travis felt a little bit better and Arliss' pup stole some cornbread just like Old Yeller stole meat so Travis thinks he will turn out something like Old Yeller. That's my blog. Bye!

Gold
Hey I'm going to you and tell you five facts. Did you know that more steel is poured in an hour than how much gold would be poured in the start of the history. That's how rare gold is. Next fact the San Fransico 49ers are named after the gold rush miners. Next fact gold is metal. Next fact gold is used for money and jewerly. Gold can almost make anything like cars and more.
Here are some questions:
1.Gold has been found in all of the countries.
2. You could find gold in your backyard.
3. Gold can be made of anything.
4. Some people are still mining today.
5. Some people have gold today.

Mustang (the horse not the car)
Hey I'm going to tell you about the mustang. The mustang's were used for racing and for cowboys. If you wondering who brought them in when. Some Spanish came here for land and met with Indians and started war and when they retreated they left their horses. They came in the late 1400's and the early 1500's. That's my blog about mustangs. Bye!

Old Yeller
dsThere once was a dog named Old Yeller. He lived with Travis, Little Arliss, and their mother. That was the family he lived with. They found Old Yeller when he ate some of Travis' meat he caught, and Travis was mad. He wanted to kill him, but Little Arliss claimed him and the mother said "he can keep it." So he kept it. Then Travis went to hunt and he shot a doe, but the doe got up and hit a tree. Then there was a bullfight and Old Yeller got in the way and tried to scare the bulls away. He somehow didn't scare them away, because Travis likes watching bullfights so Travis picked up a rock and aimed it at Old Yeller (but he wasn't going to throw it at him he just did that to scare him) and that scared him to go and run around the house. The bulls we're going to run into the fence and they did. The bulls also run into the house. Then in another chapter Travis is fixing the fence and Little Arliss yells and Travis runs and is going to save him and Arliss' holding onto a bear cub. There is my blog. Bye!

Davy Crockett
Hi, I'm blogging about Davy Crockett. He was born on August 17th 1786 in east Tennessee. He was a noted hunter and for his unique style of backwoods oratory. In Texas he is a heroic participant in the Battle of the Alamo. He was 18 before he learned to read and write. When he got married he started a family with several children. By 1821 he was elected the state legislature and was reelected to the position in 1823. From 1827 through 1833 Davy served in the Congress of the United States. However, in the fourth term he was defeated by a narrow margin. Disgusted by that time with the politics he went to Texas in the fall and a month later he fought in the Battle of the Alamo and died in battle. That's my blog. Bye!
